Cons: Pretty packaging, but most of the "paw" is a huge patch of wax that was difficult for the heating pad to break into smaller pieces. I've used MANY different types of wax melts over the years. Never had any problems. I started this and woke up in the middle of the night coughing. I haven't thought much about it.
