First let me say that I am a LONG TERM customer of Pet House. I've probably tried every one of their scents (my favorite is sunwashed cotton!). My family even gets my PetHouse themed gift baskets for my birthday. I became a little obsessed after trying to find a way to have a fresh smell in the house while living with 14 cats (yes, you read that right!) or better yet. if they smell good! So I owe the PetHouse (along with my obsessive scavenging of litter boxes, air purifiers, etc., but I'll save that for another review). But the reason for my 3 stars this time is that I've noticed that the fragrances are less effective and I hope they reconsider the design. I have 3 studio style 3000 sq ft burners. I throw in a wax cube every morning and by the evening the smell is already gone. It's not like I'm used to it, it just doesn't linger as long as Scentsy, but I understand that since this wax is made from soy, it's a better alternative. Also, the design needs improvement. Most of the paw print is too big for one of my burners, I wish they could break it down into 3 smaller parts, they could do that and still keep the cute design. I order to use this large part which I have to break with a hammer leaving wax everywhere and not only making a big mess but wasting a lot of it. There must be a better way. In conclusion, I would recommend this wax to a friend. It does its job, but not for long, and because of that, it gets expensive to use a new pack almost every day. I hope they change the packaging design of the wax cubes to make them more efficient to use.
