Bought two of these for $14, gingerbread flavor. They smell amazing and strong at first, but fade quickly. Maybe I'm expecting too much? I like my 3-4 hour burn and they stop smelling before the first hour is up. I feel like the $2 wax cubes I buy at Wal-Mart last longer. I bought these on purpose because the tray is in my room and my eldest daughter loves to pick up huge poo and then run without closing it. So if I'm not there to cover it up, my poor (windowless) room will smell like a stink bomb when I come back. This particular smell smells absolutely awful mixed with the smell of cat poop, I call it "cookie fart". As a "pet" themed melt wax, I was hoping they would neutralize and eliminate the smell rather than trying to cover it up. Again I was probably expecting too much. I also seriously hate the shape of the paw. Of course it's tasty, but that's why it was difficult to take out the pieces. Soywax is sooooo crumbly and soft which is amazing don't get me wrong! It's supposed to be, but it makes it almost impossible to break off small pieces without making a huge mess. Finally! Maybe don't buy any of the sweet, sweet "food" scents if you're trying to hide the smell of something nasty, don't expect the scent to last very long, and don't try to break it up with your hands. !
