Comfortable but unsupportive high top sneakers
I use these for hip hop step aerobics but I might quit. The shoe material is stretchy and your foot/ankle can still roll in stretchy shoes. They look cute on women's legs but aren't the most comfortable. I wouldn't exercise in it.
