Good proof of cooking.

I have used several waffle irons but I really like this one. It lets you know when the dish is ready, and at medium doneness, the waffle comes out perfect every time. The only catch is that the waffle racks are not removable for cleaning. They are incredibly easy to clean, if you just spray them with a little cooking spray you can easily wipe them down after cooking and they will cool.
