I am so thankful for this product. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and it helps a lot in curbing the habit. In fact, I liked the idea so much that I ordered another one the next day and haven't regretted it. What I love most about it is that there is no longer a mental struggle to eat another piece of chocolate or the excuse that I deserve another can of soda, my brain knows that all my snacks are sealed and by 24 or open 48 hours. or whatever time I set it leaves me alone.
