Review on 48Pcs Canning Lids Stainless Split Type by Nicholas Erickson

This set of 48 pot lids is of good quality. They are very similar to ball caps except they are silver colored. The seals appear to be about as fat as Ball's and have come out of the cannery with no problems - until now. Only time will tell how they sit on the shelf. Not being branded, I thought they were a bit more expensive, $4 a dozen, when I wrote this review, but that's based on what I paid earlier in the year. I use these lids quite a bit for dry canning. Vacuuming instead of pressure cans. I'm a bit suspicious of how they'll hold up on the shelf and don't want to risk putting good meat in them to find they won't stay sealed. I will update this review if there are any issues. I hope they are doing well so far. In terms of fit, they have fitted all my cans well - both new and old.
