Not always flexible arm, no equipment.

The included stem is a Ø1/2" x 18" fully annealed aluminum straight stem. It can be bent by hand or over the knee, but is not permanently flexible. It will eventually experience flex fatigue and break if repeatedly adjusted. It is better to install it in place and leave it with the jig. Poor description and pictures made me believe otherwise and worth -1 star. Arrived without the .2500-20 UNC2A x 1.00 SHCS and accompanying lock washer needed to secure the stem to the base and costs another -1 star.
