These collars run small. I ordered a 22 inch collar. The full size of the collar from the end of the buckle to the end of the leather is only 21 inches. The size from the first available collar hole to the pin is only 20 inches. This 22" collar did not fit a 22" neck. So it had to be returned. When I ordered the 24 inch collar it came quickly but the rivets were rusty and had to be sent back. This collar measured 22 inches from the end of the leather to the end of the buckle. And only 21 inches from the first hole to the prong. It was still too small for a 22" neck. I returned this collar due to corrosion on the rivets. On the third try, I ordered another 24" collar at the end of the buckle and 21-1/2" from the hole to the prong. It's too tight for a 22" neck at the max size. I will take it to a shoe repair shop and see if it can be stretched. If not, this one will come back too. Sad because they are high quality collars. You just need to measure better, can measure individually as everyone has their own way. Neighbor ordered 26" and is a size 26" from end of buckle to end of luther and fits 24-1/2. It was too big for my dog and too small for her. The colors are amazing and vibrant. Only the size is wide and corro The Zia was probably an anomaly.
