Inaccurate sizing and high return shipping costs

I have a Shih Tzu with 1 1/4" feet and it's almost impossible to find boots small enough for her small feet. Make them imagine my surprise when i finally found these boots that fit 1 1/4" paws! I double-checked her measurements just to make sure her paws are still as petite as ever ("measure twice, buy once" is my motto when ordering any dog product online) and that's spot on, so I did she orders. no They don't even come close to their feet. I've attached a photo of her wearing one of her thick fleece socks which probably lengthens her paws by 1/4 inch and you can see the boot is still much larger than her feet. The boots are actually 2 1/4 inches wide as you can see in the second picture. Her feet slip out and she cannot walk in them because they are much wider than her actual paws - like trying to walk in clown shoes that want to slip. And the extra long strap only has velcro on a small part so even if I try to wrap them really tight there is little to no room for the velcro and it just pops open. It's just impossible to keep boots that big on the paws they were designed for. So, like many oversized boots, I had to return them - and was surprised to find that I had to pay about SEVEN dollars. for return shipment. Seven dollars for wrong size from HURTTA. So basically I'm being charged half the price of these boots to return them because I actually believed in the sizing given by the seller. give her back Maybe they make money with these shoes?
