Most user friendly and affordable CRM software

I've used Black belt crm for over 3 years now & it has been nothing but amazing! The customer support team are always quick to respond when we have questions or need help! There isn't anything i dislike about this product - everything works perfectly as advertised!! If you're looking for great customer service at a reasonable price then look no further than blackbeltsmartmarketing.
We use BB Crms membership management system to keep track of our member's information which includes their training schedule, payment history etc.

Pros

It is easy enough that anyone can learn how do run through all features in just an hour.very intuitive interface with very little learning curve required..greatly reduces admin time spent tracking data/membership info compared o other CRM platforms like Salesforce / Hubspot.etc.,Great Customer Support Team who really know what theyre doing
Ive never had any issues getting answers quickly from them (even if its after hours)
