The software is easy enough that I can manage my site as an individual without having IT help me, which makes things easier since you don't have multiple layers of management involved when it comes time to implement new features or changes in your website or applications.

It would be nice if there was more automation around some aspects so we could do more ourselves but otherwise its fairly simple to use once you've got used to how certain functions work. As mentioned earlier however this really helps us take all our websites offline while still meeting ADA compliance because we are able to continue doing business online at any given moment during times where internet service isn’t available.
