The software is easy enough that I can manage my site as an individual without having IT help me, which makes things easier since you don't have multiple layers of management involved when it comes time to implement new features or changes in your website or applications. I like that it is very easy to use, has many features and you can customize your own report as well. It's not expensive either! There are some things i dislike such as there isn't an option to download reports in PDF format which would be more convenient if you're looking at them later offline.
