I should have had that a long time ago. This bidet head saves a lot of water and toilet paper. It is very easy to install. Installation with one key took about 15 minutes. This is the only tool you really need. You get everything except the teflon tape. It sucks, they didn't provide teflon tape, but I totally agree with that. All I cared about was the quality of the bidet head. I can say that this device is of very good quality. It's well made and I hope it lasts a long time. You can get an extended parts and labor warranty by registering your product with the company. Overall I'm happy with the purchase so far. Update: DO NOT buy this product. It stopped working and made a huge mess in my bathroom. Very disappointed. Water leakage from the lower tube. I've tried everything to stop the leak but to no avail. This is due to an improper fit of the hose connector. The thermostat has also become unusable as it doesn't work either. I'm not sure what's causing the problems, but I suspect poor quality. At first I was excited but now I hate it. I will buy another bidet head.
