This band is exactly what I needed for my miter saw/planer. It is very well labeled and easy to read. It has feet, inches, fractional inches, and metric markings. Compared to my steel rules, this is accurate (unlike some others like Harbor F). Its cleaver design, which reads right-to-left on one side and left-to-right on the other, allowed me to use one end for cuts with the right side of the miter knife and the other end of the tape for cuts with the left side of the blade to use. Thus, only one tape measure was needed to save money. The only issue I had was the tape used to attach it to the table. The tape is narrower than usual, so I'm concerned that something might catch on the untaped edge, or that dust might collect under the edge. The time will show. But the glue seems pretty strong, and the label says it sticks harder over time. So far I like it very much. The markings are better than most tapes I have.
