They're ok, look good overall but the anchor/clip holes aren't quite right so they don't sit flat. They also block the exhaust port on the back and took a good half hour to install as it takes a lot of effort to get past the factory anchors. For $70, I would have expected more factory fit and the ability to snap in instead of "wrapping" around the factory anchors. In return, I had to use a tool to press them down hard enough to hold them in place. Generally they are fine, but they are not easy to slide in and out for cleaning.
