I really like the product. It's fairly durable and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. I haven't tried a USB fan yet. Some suggestions/criticisms (I understand that it's difficult to make a perfect product that fits every situation). When it's fully tilted (which is how I should use it with my current handicap) a tablet or phone won't fit into the sleeve. He will fall forward. I'm not sure how to fix this, but maybe I can figure it out (or maybe an engineer can). The reason for this is that when lying on your back you should minimize the forward tilt of your head for long periods of time as this counteracts the natural curve and can cause problems. After fully tilting the stand and placing the tablet in the case, it is best to raise it as high as possible so as not to bend your neck. If you are seated it is not a problem. But for the bed, be careful. I feel the main stopper should take a little longer to deploy, but that's not a bad thing at all as it is. I bought your largest size but wish this stand was a bit wider and longer. I'm not fat or anything, but it would be nice to have more space. In that case I would pay more for it. The reason for this is that I am using an external keyboard (19 inch wide) with a number pad. About 4 inches are left for the mouse. That's why I'm happy to pay more for a longer stand. Thank you for your product. It is very good.
