They are great for a kid who has recently grown into 4T pants. It's part of his first batch of 'big boy underwear' and the pictures look good (he loves dinosaurs but his favorite is a pair of dragons), they wash well, no itchy tag and the material is thicker. , a softer cotton than the ones we bought at Target which are themed around Disney/Pixar characters. They are true to size but maybe a LITTLE smaller - I suppose we'll get taller in lingerie before he gets taller in pants. But I will definitely buy them again (or with a similar print),
