Recruiter can be used for multiple purposes, from one-on-one interviews with candidates, to managing an entire team of recruiters or hiring managers (or both!). It allows us to easily track applicant information as well as performance reviews throughout our process! I like how easy it makes onboarding new hires/recruiters - no more manual paperwork required! The only thing we dislike about this program so far has been some lag time in updating when there are changes made by others within the system. This takes patience if someone else updates something without notifying your department first but other than that everything works just fine! We use Recruitor extensively across two separate offices which have different needs depending upon their size and staffing requirements. One office uses Recruitor primarily during interview season where they utilize its candidate tracking features. Another office utilizes recruiter mostly for background checks at intake stage.
