This product does not reach 150 degrees Fahrenheit, which is required to clean and disinfect items. With the thermometer held on the tip at full power it barely reaches 120 degrees, if you stand even an inch from the nozzle it drops to 80 degrees instantly, it's not hot at all from there, you can literally get on your hand puff and don't even feel hotter than a steaming pot of water and it probably hotter than this thing, definitely false temperature claims. I returned mine. Only bought to disinfect and clean. The water also runs off very quickly. Also, don't think about putting on the nozzles and hoping the vapor comes out hot, because it definitely won't. I measured this without any accessories, except for the small tip on the main unit, and even then it didn't reach the intended temperature.
