Torn foil can be dangerous

The strap holds up well and I liked it the first time I hung it up, but the rubber foil tore at the back which put my horse at risk of choking on bits of plastic in the hay. This is the potential for colic. It's really a shame. In the end I took a scraper and completely removed the skin. It also works without.
