First of all, for $15 I didn't have high hopes. When I received it I tried it out and we found that both my wife and son could hear the sound. I can't hear it, but I have quite a bit of tinnitus. I've tried it on several dogs on my paper trail and none of them have responded like they even care. The siren/turn signal function is pretty cool though, the flashlight is very bright and plugs into a USB port for charging. . So this is still useful. I just don't expect this to be about dogs. I think it's the pepper spray option again, and I hope the crazy dog owner doesn't sue me for spraying Cujo while he's barking angrily.
