My stats:5 foot 6 inch 125 pound athletic male with mild over pronation in left foot and a little more over pronation in right foot. Looking for a stability road shoe that can handle some trails and is capable of dynamic running styles- meaning any thing from fast walk to jog to run and sprinting on a variety of surfaces and conditions. The shoes are:Good for lighter runners with mild overpronation. Better than the ASICS Men's Gel-Kayano 28 which are too soft and mushy for lighter runners (so sad since other wise they are magical shoes). The GT 2000 10s are best on asphalt, blacktop, concrete and running track. Will do so so on mild, clean, groomed trails. NOT for technical trails. The shoes are best for anything from fast walking fast to quick running. When ran in properly, the GT 2000 10s are a great pleasure to run in and make you excited about your next run.
