I took it apart and it turned out that apparently it was dropped or shaken from this under the lens inside the sensor, the rubber band slipped and it blocked the sensor exactly in the center, I corrected the rubber band and now everything works. the device does not paint that the rubber band can come off from the fall . but the fact that the devices are dropped would be good to take into account when developing such devices.
