I like the fact that the system works in real-time, it helps to work in any place, in any time. I dislike the fact that the system updates takes a long time sometimes. It is a complete solution for the management of the building, safety and security systems. The Entelec solution is very easy to implement and use, the customer support is very good and there is a very active community on the Entelec forum. We used Entelec for building a central platform to manage our access control. The solution has proven to be reliable, easy to manage and has been very stable on the server side. Nothing in particular, the solution is very easy to implement and has been a real success.
