We are a family of 7 people. Our kids are not good with electronics. I couldn't get another laptop and I didn't want to get anything we didn't need. They have all kinds of game consoles and I didn't want another temptation. In the past, online games ruined two computers. We were homeschooled and I decided to buy a Mac for myself and this one for the kids. It is ideal for web browsing, using Google apps and streaming online course videos. There were no problems with YouTube. I like it and plan to buy and install computer stations for children. I like that it doesn't have the crap you get from a store-bought computer. He has Windows and that says it all. Very simple plug and play. In addition, there are plenty of USB ports. We've only had it a week, I'll update my review if it changes.
