Review on Airo Comfort Portable Conditioner 000BTU by Megan Rogers

If you are tired of installing and removing heavy window air conditioners twice a year and trying to clean them of mold smells etc. then this is a very simple solution! We bought 2 units, one for each floor of the house. The area of each floor is about 700 square meters. ft. These devices are very effective for quickly and silently cooling the house. I first read the manual from start to finish and we installed each one in about 15 minutes! I'm sure it will get faster every year as we get more familiar with the installation process. I'm a bit confused how to drain the water so I contacted the support team. They were VERY quick to respond and continued to follow me every day until we realized the problem was that I hadn't understood that to drain the water you have to unscrew the cap on the back AND ALSO the rubber stopper as the device is wet removed from the air. I give their customer support team 25 stars for helping me understand the device as I was missing such a simple thing. They were very nice, patient and professional! A portable unit on wheels also makes storage a lot easier during the winter months. No more ugly units hanging from the window! I love that my house is cool all the time and doesn't smell like those moldy window sills that my allergies really bother me every year. My husband is very happy with my instinct to buy these blocks as he gets too old to carry heavy window blocks up and down the stairs every year as we had to store them in the basement. These 2 units will be stored in their original boxes in a spare bedroom closet over the winter and will not form due to basement moisture. We are totally impressed with these 2 AC units which have replaced the need for 6 window units that we used to have to deal with every year! Trust me, you will NOT regret this investment! I would even recommend them to people who have central air conditioning as a backup plan as these units always break down on the hottest summer days followed by all the air conditioning companies. booked in a few days TEN STARS FOR THESE AIR CONDITIONERS - 5 for each purchased! :)
