Review on Elite Fine Grater Set Color by Kim Morris
Not very elite series
Bought in July, broke in October. three months"elite" quality. not impressed, after about a month the curvature of the blade started to smooth out so the blades didn't cut well in the middle and lately the place where the blade and handle meet was bending and the plastic around the blade was breaking . I am a professional chef and it has been very well cared for, always hand washed and kept in a case.
