Terrible, terrible, terrible products. Firstly I didn't even get the correct item I'm considering, I got a smaller model but I think they are all very similar. Do not buy from this brand. I'm returning them and researching more quality - a basic cooler. (I don't need those stupid fancy lightbulbs AND you can't turn them off!) Oh, and when I said USB ports are broken, I meant something else. , they will continue to power the device. Oooh, and I should mention that the plastic and production of these things are terrible, shortages, just bad quality everywhere.
