I used to like this brand's razor until I misplaced it in a hotel and had to switch brands. Made the call to get a replacement. The courier sprinted up, grabbed the package, and took off. Damage and signs of opening were readily apparent upon a cursory assessment of the razor's box. The internal packaging was even more chaotic, with the razor parts spread about and packaged in plastic bags that had been stapled together (the manufacturer does not pack like that, as evidenced by the reviews on YouTube). They obviously brought me a used razor because it had greasy fingerprints and hair stuck to it. No shave means no pay in this case. Amazon's customer service provides a discount code for $500 (quite humorous) or a refund (see feedback on returns of I take, which typically take 2 weeks to process). So, if you've gone shopping online, don't bother with the store I use; you'll end up empty-handed and broke.
