A few months ago I noticed that the fiberfill was shifting a bit and thought about how easy it could be to fix it. I only removed a few stitches from that.
I bought it in April 2017 and I still love it. It has given me such relief as I suffer from degenerative discs in my neck. I didn't sleep a single night without it (I even took it with me on vacation). A few months ago I noticed that the fiberfill was shifting a bit and thought about how easy it could be to fix it. I just removed a few stitches from one side and added a small zipper (with a few hand stitches) to allow access. Now if the problem comes back, it's easy to fix.
