Review on AT SB67138 Dect_6 0 1 Handset Telephone by Elvis Kohl

Badly designed, complex and frustrating. Avoid this phone.

terrible phone. As if the person who designed it had never used a phone in a business setting. Too many issues to list, but here are a few: Can't switch between speaker and earpiece. Pressing the speakerphone button again ends the call. So if you're on hold and want to put your phone on speakerphone (while you're working on something else), the call will be answered and you'll want to switch back to the handset you hung up on instead of going back to the tube. Also, if you're fast dialing, you won't hear a beep when you press the number. While this may seem like a small thing, it's not - if you don't get a beep feedback when you press a number, you assume the number was dialed incorrectly, so you redial it only to find out it's already been dialed twice is available . If you decide to use your ISP's voicemail (which 99% of us do), the process of retrieving a number is going to be confusing (to say the least). Try dialing *99 to access your mailbox. You immediately dial the last number that called you. Who invented the phone where *99 initiates redial? There is a separate button for this. I can only assume that it is a bug in the software. There are many others. Do yourself a favor and avoid this phone like the plague. This is more of a disappointment than it's worth. I've spent the last 3 hours going through the 107 page manual. I'm in business not phone maintenance, I want my phone to work and be easy to use. This is a monster.
