This phone's land line never works properly. It connects lines after disconnecting and plays music when a line is put on hold and answered by another phone. We would come back if it was still open. Terrible

The phone isn't perfect and I'd love to buy just the base phone without the extension but the price for just the base was absolutely ridiculous so I went with a set . Yes, the buttons are hard to press and I often end up having to hang up and start over. It's okay once you get used to it. However, the store needs better features. In my opinion it's a little better than your average phone, but I can't afford high-end business phones.
