One comes with your valve, a good replacement part!

As others have said, you get one of these guys when you buy a valve. There's no harm in having a spare in the very unlikely event that your original is lost. When I bought the valve I was concerned that the lever would move and my truck would become a 4WD version of the Exxon Valdez. After receiving the valve, I now know that this is almost impossible.
