This is my second set as I have found these trays so useful! I use dish trays next to the stove and oven to keep my countertop clean at all times. The same goes for an outdoor grill - it's easier to clean the tray and not contaminate the surface of the counter or cart next to the grill. I also use it to unload food while it's cooking so the pan is less crowded. I used it for breading when breading chicken. The pans fit perfectly in an aluminum toaster oven lid, so you don't even have to wash them! But the best use so far is thawing packaged meats in trays like hamburgers, beef stew, chicken. I'm out of the bag of "juice" or ice dripping over the counter or into the fridge (dirty to clean up!). I wash the trays by hand, which is not a problem for me. Buy - you will love them!
