Works well - and at a great price, but the (very thin) hand fit isn't particularly easy or accurate. The hour and minute hands have hexagonal holes at the base, but the spindle shaft is round in both positions. Another brand just invades, round after round. This hex is on a round. This makes it fairly easy to create an arm deflection, which then needs to be folded back to ensure all three arms are guided in parallel. The shaft also has significant play, causing the hour and minute hands to have up to 1/4 inch play at the ends of the hands. The timing seems accurate after the day of observation. Don't forget to remove the plastic cover from the arrows. Before installation, align all hands to the 12 o'clock position. During installation, set the time using the wheel on the back (NEVER turn the hands by hand), then insert the battery + side first.
