Purchased to keep the door closed in a 20'HX 50'L shelter that had a broken zipper. We live in a very windy state and have been wearing them for 2 months now and so far they are holding up strong. I bought these and a set of 24 pic awning clamps and these bolts were easier to tighten so they could be held. The other type has a slider to make the grip tighter and it takes a lot of strength to pull it tight enough not to worry. Also, they had a wider opening to allow the rope to be threaded without being tied when we pulled the rope as taught. Too bad I didn't buy more of these and missed the others.
