This receiver looked like it had a lot of potential but for some reason the back of the surround speaker was loose and dangling in the car, that was the first issue I didn't like. noticed straight away, after that i connected it to all my speakers as best i could and i used the bluetooth option and still couldn't get any sound from them. I also had a subwoofer plugged in, which also didn't respond. I don't know if I misused the product, but I know how to use many of these products and I can't figure out if this device is either defective or if I misused it.
