These lamps are quite powerful and produce the purest light I have ever seen. There is no bluish cast or anything like that. People should remember that any odd shades of color they see are coming from their walls and the color they painted. They are bright enough and probably in a downlight or ceiling light, preferably with some kind of coating or diffuser. We have two of these side by side in our living room ceiling light and they are perfect. The price was good. There's nothing wrong. Highly recommended.
