Pretty simple and straight forward.

These lamps are quite powerful and produce the purest light I have ever seen. There is no bluish cast or anything like that. People should remember that any odd shades of color they see are coming from their walls and the color they painted. They are bright enough and probably in a downlight or ceiling light, preferably with some kind of coating or diffuser. We have two of these side by side in our living room ceiling light and they are perfect. The price was good. There's nothing wrong. Highly

Cannot be used in enclosed fixtures

This bulb should not be used in enclosed fixtures such as porch lights as it is warned against using it in enclosed fixtures. See attached photo. If an incandescent bulb is used, the best-case scenario will blow your $8 lightbulb out prematurely, the worst-case scenario will start a fire and burn your house down. It's not worth it! If you need a porch light bulb, look for a different light bulb. There is no information on the packaging or marketing that this should not be used in sealed…

Multiple bulbs will not work with dimmer

Plenty of light; excellent daytime color; no buzz. I have a 5 light dimmer. When I replaced one of the bulbs with CREE it worked fine. When I replaced the second with this CREE bulb, the bulbs started blinking. Update I bought a different brand (Sunlite) 100 watt daylight bulb that was advertised as dimmable and the same thing happened! In other words, a CREE and a Sunlight work great together. But two CREEs or two Sunlights are not. Strange. This is due to the different "LED drivers". This is…
