I can comfortably warm up to 15 degrees Fahrenheit in this jacket. I wear a light vest under this jacket on really cold winter mornings and stay warm in the coldest of temperatures. At the airport, I take it off upon arrival and just stuff it in my already full suitcase to take back to my destination. I also use it for hiking and camping as it weighs next to nothing and takes up virtually no space in my backpack when not in use. It also serves as a good windbreak when riding a motorcycle. While not exactly a stylish jacket, this is a great all-around lightweight cool to cold weather jacket.
