I have a muscle condition that makes it very difficult for me to hold a glass or cup without spilling the contents. This cup is great because it allows me to grab both sides and get to my mouth unhindered. My hands are shaking and without warning the cup falls to the ground. Not with this double open handle. I reach in and grab the cup and wrap my thumb around the opposite side. No problem. However, I wish the cups were bigger to hold more drinks. Three or four sips and I'm empty. In my opinion, the product is a complete success.
