I ordered this mug for my husband who has limited arm movement due to ALS. He likes the mug and it serves a purpose. My problem is with the price of 9.99 cups. It's like a dollar store mug with an extra handle. I don't understand why disabled items have to cost so much. It seems companies use people with disabilities because they need these items. It's not just this product that I'm complaining about, I'm complaining about all similar products intended for vulnerable people.

I have a muscle condition that makes it very difficult for me to hold a glass or cup without spilling the contents. This cup is great because it allows me to grab both sides and get to my mouth unhindered. My hands are shaking and without warning the cup falls to the ground. Not with this double open handle.
