Review on Power KC137 36 Front Truck Calipers by Andrew Davenport

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great brakes, no noise, good instructions

Really good. A significant improvement over Toyota rotors. No capture. Smooth; smooth. Firmly. The only problem. In my opinion the kit is overpriced. Maybe 25-30 dollars. The kit includes pads, rotors, slide pins, springs, clamps and grease. The packaging was fine. The rotors were well marked on the driver and passenger side. The instructions are good. For the uninitiated, there's a great guide out there that covers the little things like disc prep, caliper retracts, greasing points and break-in. Breaking up is really important. When done correctly, a coating will form on the rotor, smoothing out the braking action and eliminating noise. I suggest getting an extra packet of brake grease. No durability rating, will have to wait a while.
