I was actually so excited to try the headphones and they even arrived earlier than expected. Finally, I received the item a few days ago and charged it for over 8 hours and it still wasn't fully charged. Stupid headphones. The third LED on the charging case was still flashing after more than 8 hours of charging! I contacted Soundcore customer service and was told the item was out of stock so they couldn't process a replacement for me. Excellent. I tried the headphones and was very disappointed. The sound quality is below average. No bass, no punch, and the volume is so weak. I had to turn the volume up to 80-90% otherwise I could still hear ambient noise. They're comfortable to wear, but the poor sound quality simply outweighs the purpose of buying these headphones.
