Review on Kwikset 98880-004 SmartCode 888 Z-Wave Plus Smart Lock Touchpad Electronic Deadbolt in Satin Nickel with SmartKey Security by Jonathan Unruh

My house currently has a Wink 2 hub and I have a combination of the Nest, Z-Wave, My Q garage door switches and the next Item Included in the listing was a Z-Wave deadbolt for the front door. I didn't just want a regular Z-Wave bar, I wanted a bar with an external keyboard so I could program it for our dog sitter, mother-in-law, and neighbors to guard my house and/or dogs. So I looked at all of Kwikset's Z-Wave locks and decided to buy the touchscreen model, but after reading more reviews and experimenting with them at my local hardware store, I decided I needed physical buttons. That's why I chose this model. Until it came double boxed with all the parts and while reading reviews about long setup times, problems pairing with home automation hubs, I installed it and locked and unlocked the door with my phone via the Wink app within 15 minutes. I was very pleased. Re-encrypting my existing Kwikset Tustin locks later that evening took another 5 minutes. I wanted to buy another one for our back door and also for the garage door. So very happy with the purchase.
