My husband and I love sparring. This helps deal with frustration and is good practice. He was a boxer so he knows how to throw controlled punches and he taught me some basics. We love these mittens! I can train with them while he helps me with proper form and he can train with them just to work on his skills (he definitely keeps his shots with me but he still loves to train and practice). I'm 5'10" and find them very comfortable to wear; I would say I have medium sized hands for a woman (I wear a medium women's glove, a small men's glove). He's 6'1" but he has quite big hands (he's wearing a big glove) and he thinks they're a little small for his comfort (the part of the glove that goes around his hand) It's not bad but he'd like it a little bigger to fit in his Hands to fit. We don't sweat in them much but we use them internally so it might make a difference. We find them comfortable and none of us feel much strain on our wrists after 20-30 minutes of use. very good soft fairly comfortable and a good price for general fitness use We would definitely order another pair if they needed replacing but we've used them at least once a week and they're still like new so I expect them hold one while.
