Review on 🔌 Camco 44872: 18" Extension with Coupler for Gen-Turi Generator Exhaust System - Improved Performance and Extended Reach by Niko Knight

I bought this kit along with the 18" extension and suction cups. The kit barely rose above the roofline of my van, so extending it made it tall. We went to a music festival where tourists pitched their tents right next to the exhaust pipe. I placed a carbon monoxide detector right next to the exhaust pipe and between the tent. In the 5 days we were there he didn't even tweet. And when you consider that several other people died elsewhere from the exhaust fumes from another generator, this accessory can really save lives. One thing to note is that other reviews have said that the power strip doesn't fit in a pocket. But for me it fits perfectly with suction cups. As a side note, I also had to cut a small piece of the generator's exhaust pipe so it wouldn't stick out too far and hit the construction cones on the freeway. I would only save $25-50 each. Not enough for me to justify all the extra work, the fact that it looks rigged and may not work as efficiently, possibly causing carbon monoxide poisoning to us or neighbors.
