I bought this iPad specifically because IOS 8 did not exist , it was from 11.4 or something like that. Also, it doesn't charge. You have to wiggle the plug to hit the sweet spot for it to charge. I left it charging all night and it didn't charge at all. At work I managed to charge it enough to verify which iOS it works on. Of course, I had to sit and hold the end of the charger in a certain position to charge it 5%. I contacted the seller twice, the first time at night when I picked up the iPad and told him about the charging problem. Then I sent an email this morning. Pretty disappointed. The iPad is in fairly good condition, it was shipped boxed but was not secured in the first box.
