Like new but cheaper.

Came in a plain white box so might not make a great gift but the iPad is like new . You wouldn't guess this is a refurbished item if it weren't for the small black (easily removable) sticker. Used for a few days, works great, looks great, charges great. I can't ask for more yet, thanks to the seller for being a good craftsman and honest seller. UPDATE: I've had it for a month now and it's still working like a champ. This is a good company and their iPad works great. No problems with the battery

Excellent product and service

The iPad Air 2 I bought from Jem Jem Renew is refurbished and half the price of new. It works great and I am very happy with the product and the retailer who sold me my second tablet. The first iPad I owned was third generation and needed an update. Storage was full and iPad was slow from startup to shutdown. With the Air 2 I Pad, I can now browse multiple websites and multitask with no issues.

NOT iOS 8 Computers and accessories

I bought this iPad specifically because IOS 8 did not exist , it was from 11.4 or something like that. Also, it doesn't charge. You have to wiggle the plug to hit the sweet spot for it to charge. I left it charging all night and it didn't charge at all. At work I managed to charge it enough to verify which iOS it works on. Of course, I had to sit and hold the end of the charger in a certain position to charge it 5%. I contacted the seller twice, the first time at night when I picked up the iPad
